We use the FSMB and AMA databases, not just the National Practitioner
Data Bank. If there is a question, I speak personally with the
State Medical Board as part of the background check for each
candidate. |

| For less than most companies
charge just to search, I will help orient your MD to your practice,
and will assist with all of the pre-employment negotiations
between you and your MD candidate. Remember, the fee is not
due until the MD begins his employment. |
